- Competitions are held on the 4th Monday of each month plus an “End of the Year” competition.
- There is a one time registration with the Photo Contest Pro system in order to be able to upload your digital images for competition. The deadline is the Friday before the Monday competition.
- The NHCC handbook contains the current guidelines for Eligible Photographs.

Each month we have the following image competitions:
- Open Electronic Category: Class AA (superior level), Class A (advanced level), Class B (entry level)
- Creative/Image Artistry Category: Class A, Class B
- Monochrome Category: Class A, Class B
- Assigned Subject Category: Class A and Class B (See topics for Current Season)

- Each member may enter a maximum of 2 photographs into the Open Electronic competition.
